General FAQ |Early Morning Matches |2025 Check-In Badges

General Faq

Q: What ages are allowed at the Yucca Tap Room?
A: All ages - children must be accompanied by an adult however (Arizona law states anyone under 21 if you're going to sit at the bar must be with an adult 21 or older)

Q: Is the Yucca open for every match?  Including mid-week matches?
A:  Yes!  Even those rare 4:00AM kick offs (see section about the Early Morning Crew (EMC) below).  Every Arsenal match (Premier League, European Tournaments, FA Cup, and League Cup) is available for viewing at the Yucca.

Q: May I bring a friend to the bar if they don't support the Arsenal?
A: Everyone is welcome, but they must not be wearing any other teams' kit, shirt, or any type of merchandise.  It must be covered up completely or turned inside out, otherwise entry will be denied.  They must also not cheer for the other team or against the Arsenal.

Q: Is the Yucca open for Arsenal Women's matches?
A: If there is sufficient interest, it's possible.  But it's not a guarantee like the Arsenal men's matches.

Q: Is there a bar in the West Valley?
A: The only official Arsenal America bar in the Phoenix-metro area is the Yucca Tap Room.  There is an official bar in Tucson as well, check them out if you're in the area!

Q: Do you have to be an Arsenal America member to come to the Yucca?
A: Absolutely not, but if you want some of the benefits (like ability to get match day tickets, etc.) joining Arsenal America is a great option.

Q: Does the Yucca have non-alcoholic drink options?
A: Absolutely.  Even coffee for those early morning matches.

Q: What's the Yucca known for drinks-wise?
A: A good selection of rotating draft beers and a full liquor selection.

Q: Does the Yucca have food?
A: At this time food is not available at the bar.  However, you are allowed to bring in or order food (just please do not bring in outside drinks).

Q: Is the Yucca a pinball bar?
A: The Yucca is a three-part bar connected by two doorways - The Arizona Gooners meet to the far west side in the "lounge" area (we even have our own doorway and bar top).  The middle area is the venue space with a larger bar and the far east area of the Yucca is the pinball and tiki bar portion called "Electric Bat Arcade".

early morning crew (emc) - Matches that kick off prior to 6:00am

Doors will open 15 minutes before kick off and will remain open until the 15 minute mark of the game.  They will then be locked after that until 6:00AM to comply with Arizona private party alcohol laws.  If you need to leave, then you will have to wait until the end of the match or 6:00AM to return.

2025 check-in Faq

Q: How much is a check-in badge?
A: They will be $1.00.  This single dollar gets you the fob and is your entry into attendance prizes throughout the season.  We also highly recommend you write your initials on the badge in case it's lost and found by someone else.

Q: What information will be on the badge?
A: When purchasing we'll only need your first name, last name, and contact number and/or email address.

Q: How do I get a check-in badge?
A: You must sign up in person on a match-day at the Yucca.

Q: What if I was at the Yucca and I forgot to check-in?
A: Unfortunately that will count as a missed match.  No retroactive changes will be made.  **Equipment failure excluded

Q: What if I'm drawn for a prize when not present?
A: You have forty-eight hours from contact (we will contact you by phone or text) to claim your prize or it will be redrawn.
